The Sun give's Earth heat, energy and light. The Sun is a star. If Earth didn't have the Sun we would not be able to live on Earth.

The Sun isn't a very very old star.The Sun was born four and a half billion years ago.

The Sun is made out of hydrogen, on its surface it is 5000 degrees .The Sun's light take 8 minutes for the light to reach our Earth.

The Sun also orbits the milky way.The Sun takes 250 million year's to orbit around the milky way. The Sun is able to fit over a million Earth's in it . The Sun holds all of the Planets in the solar system.

The sun is the closest star to Earth. The sun is not a old star,it was born about 4 and a half billion years ago. The Earth could fit about one million times into the sun.

The sun orbits the milky way it will take 250 million years to orbit the whole milky way. The sun is one of the brightest stars in the universe. The sun is made of mostly hydrogen. On the surface of the sun it is 5000 degrees but the core is extremely hotter.

The suns sunlight takes about 8 minutest reach Earth and if this did not happen we would not be here on Earth.
