How To Make A Pavlova

Goal; Making a Pavlova


Egg whites ,Vinalla essence ,Fresh cream ,bakingpaper cornflour,   Vinager ,Castor sugar ,Tray ,Electric eggbeater ,Scales,  Bowl ,Salt


 1.Crack the eggs and put the whites into the beater.

 2.Turn on the eggbeater and beat up the eggwhite.

 3.Add the sugar and salt.

 4.Leave it till theres no dots of sugar or salt.

5.Pour corn flour into a little bowl and add some vinager and vinalla essence.

6.Take a baking tray and some baking paper.

7. Pour mixture into baking tray.

8. Put into in the oven and bakeBake for 60 to75 minutesor until the outside is dry and is a very pale cream colour.

9.Turn the oven off, leave the door slightly ajar, and let the pavlova cool completely in the oven.
