How To Make a Pavolova

Goal:How to make a pavlova correctly


Bowl. Salt. 6 egg. Vanilla. Corn flower. Egg beater. vinga. Surgar. Baking paper.


1;Whisk eggs till they are stiff.

2; Pour the eggs in the eggbeater.

3; Measure sugar.

4; Pour sugar into eggbeater.

5; Get baking tray ready.

6; Pour corn flower vingar and vanilla  into the tray.

7; Pour mixture into baking tray then make a circle out of baking paper.

8; Put it in the oven.

9. Pop into the centre of the oven. Cook for 60-70 minutes, or until crisp. Don't let     it over-brown; it should be an off-white colour on the outside.

10.Remove the pavlova from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool
