On Saturday after league I went into the forest to look for Huhu grubs. We knew that Huhu grubs are found in dead logs under the bark. It took a long time to get the bark off log.
After I got the bark off the log I found Huhu grubs’ dropping. Nearby the droppings I found a Huhu grub.
I picked the grub up and ate it . Huhu grubs tasted like peanut butter although it was juicy.
Mum and dad were squeamish while I gobble up the Huhu grub. I was proud that I tried a new food and would recommend eating a Huhu grub anyone.
