Cricket Skills
Last week James from canterbury cricket took room 2 for cricket lessons. Firstly we played a tagging game with tennis balls for a warm up. Then James taught us some cricket skills. Batting was one skill he taught. When batting we had to stand side on.
After that James taught us catching skills. To make catching easier , we had to cup our hands and keep our eyes on the ball.
At the end we played a game called “ jack-pot”, which is a catching game.
We thought the lesson was awesome because some people had never played cricket before and learnt new cricket skills.
