Brushing My Teeth

Goal :

 How to brush your teeth thoroughly with a toothbrush.

 Materials:

toothbrush, toothpaste,water and sink.

 Instructions:

1 Put toothpaste on the bristle end of toothbrush.

2 Dip the toothbrush in the glass of water.

3Pick up your toothbrush and place it on your teeth then rub it around in circles.

4Spit out some of your toothpaste into the sink.

5Rub your toothbrush around in circles again.

6Spit out all of your toothpaste into the sink.

7Wash your toothbrush with the rest of your water that's in the cup.

  1. Brushing your teeth should take at least two minutes, and you should also make sure your tongue, gums, and hard-to-reach areas in your teeth are brushed thoroughly as well. Be careful not to brush too vigorously, as it can damage your gums. As an additional piece of information, toothbrushes must be replaced every three months to avoid germs from building up.

  2. I love this post! Proper tooth brushing is something that must be taught to kids at an early stage. It’s because the dental routine they have as kids will be the same when they are adults. It is also a great idea to introduce them to the dentist at this stage to help promote a good dental care experience.
