Tried something different with the class in writing a recount. We watched a youtube clip about white water rafting.Then we brainstorm different parts of the clip in how we felt, saw and heard.The idea is that the students are writing if they are in the clip rafting down a West Coast river.
We have only starting our writing. This movie demonstrates what Kalani has started for his introduction of his recount.
