How to Make the world's best Jam Sandwich

Introduction:

Wash your hands before making the jam sandwich , so you don't get germs.

You will need:

• Two slices of bread
• One medium plate
• Butter or Margarine
• Butter knife
• Jam

Steps:

1. Place one slice of bread on your plate.
2. Put some butter or margarine on your knife.
3. Carefully spread the butter or margarine on your piece of bread.
4. Take the first piece of bread off the plate and put the other piece of bread on the plate.
5. Carefully spread the butter or margarine on the other piece of bread.
6. Put the pieces of bread together.
7. Cut the bread into quarters.

Jam Sandwiches - Instructional Writing

We had to make a jam sandwiches today for writing. We wrote each instruction down, as we made our sandwich. Tomorrow, we are going to review our instructions and then Mr Thurlow will try to make a jam sandwich from our instructions.
