Emma's Thoughts about the Earthquake

On Saturday morning there was a Earth Quake!! My mum woke my sister and I. I thought it was in a big truck. We all stood under the door. In our house mostly all the pictures in the lounge and all the stuff in the kitchen was broken. The epicenter was Kaiapoi, and in Kaiapoi roads moved and in Christchurch was even worst, I think. In Christchurch people had their windows smashed out and some people had their walls and homes lost.

My dad came back from Auckland where he was coaching the defence force basketball team. He stayed on the Waihopi air force base.He won 2 games, lady's won 1 and the men won 2. I really missed my dad but he brought something nice that was a Facial Moisturiser honey.

Birthday fun

On the 3rd of July it is my birthday. We are going to clip'n'climb. Most of my friends are coming. We are going to have ice cream sundaes, chips and pizza. After that I am going to the new Twilight movie with my family. I can't wait.

Emma's famous Shoe

My Favourite shoe for Christmas is targeted at girls. Here are the reasons why girls will love my shoes. They have different colours that are bright & dark. They have wings to fly faster than birds. My shoes have lightning fast rockets at the back so when girls go slow the rockets go lightning fast and give them an electric shock. My shoes have springs at the bottom of my shoe because when cars go slow the springs can help girls jump over cars or vans. My shoes will be so famous that every girl in the world would want my colourful shoes.

Tomorow it`s my birthday an I'm turning 7 it`s a sleep over it will be fun.We are going to watch transformer`s two it will be scary. On saturday I'm going to Ashburton were going to celebrate my birthday .Grace, Charlize , Jessica and Amber.H are coming.

The year 2 and year 3 went to the cross-country all the year 2's and 3's had different races. Some people came 1st and 2nd.Some people got prize and ice-blocks that were very cold. People fell over in the forest.People tried hard. Everyone enjoyed cross-country.
