I Hope everyone has had a enjoyable holiday.
I'm trying something different for the 4th term where I will be making small videos about what is required for homework in a particular week and then posting them on our classroom web site. This is both good for our environment and another means of seeing what is happening in our classroom.
Task- This task is integrated with our writing topic genre " Report Writing" and 'Drama ". I will be giving each student a piece of A4 paper. They need to draw a large kiwi in the New Zealand bush. They need to present their coloured drawings back to their peers on Friday. There will be other questions in the preceding weeks to answer about the Kiwi. By answering the questions the children will be introduced to writing a mini report about kiwi which will also include their drawing.
P.S: Remember to use all the paper.
