We are learning about being a volunteer for our topic " People Power".
Room 2 have found that a volunteer means, 'Someone that doesn't get paid for helping others in our community"
We helped our community by picking up rubbish in the blue gum trees behind the school.
Most of us thought that volunteers are very caring people that give up there own time.
Some other jobs we could do for the community is going to the shops for people that don't have transport , taking care of pets, and helping with gardening.
you guys are doing an amazing job. Keep up the good work.
